Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation is the fundraising and awareness organization for the Centro Oncologico Pediatrico de Baja California, A. C. Hospital located in Tijuana, State of Baja California, Mexico. Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation is a California 501 (c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization which exists solely to raise and provide the funds necessary to fund, operate and maintain the Centro Oncologico Pediatrico de Baja California, A. C. Hospital whose mission is to treat children with cancer. Responsibility for governance of The Foundation, including investments, is vested in its Board of Directors.

Donations to Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation are tax-deductible charitable contributions. Publication of Donor Names

The names of some donors may be included in materials such as marketing materials, financial reports, and other appropriate publications, in both print and electronic formats, unless otherwise requested by the donor. The Foundation will not publish the amount of any gift without the permission of the donor. Donors who have made gifts to the Foundation via bequest or other testamentary device are deemed to have granted such permission unless otherwise specified in the gift instrument or other document.

Children’s Privacy

Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation site is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 14.
